Leroy Grannis.

Even though the days are cold, they are certainly beautiful. Living right on the beach is also a bonus. Up until a year ago I surfed quite religiously and am hoping to get back in the water soon. So it is time to take a look at one of the world's best surf photographers...Leroy Grannis. Born in California, he had the opportunity to make the most of surfing and became the leading photographer in the 60's.
     His work is featured on the documentary Riding Giants working with great surfers such as Greg Noll which enhanced his career greatly. Take a look at these photos and drift away on the waves and back to a time where surfing was at its best.

To make things even better, The Beach Boys are making a return this year! 'Surfin USA' doesn't apply anymore. Its everywhere and bigger than ever!
